What Does the following MRI Report Indicate? 

I recently had an mri done and they told me that it was normal but I m getting this discomfort pain on my lower back and this really sharp pain that makes my back kinda lock up on me I loss my breath when it happen i kinda just have to wait for pain to go away in couple of seconds but my mri says I have slight loss of mid upper lumbar lordosis, L4-5: there is a 2mm bulge indents the thecal sac.there is slight central canal narrowing. There is slight left neural foraminal encroachment. L3-4: there s is a 1-2mm bulge indents the thecal sac. The central canal and neural foramina are maintained.

i would like to know your age and profession
yes according to mri scan there is some bulging at L4-5 which is the cause for sudden pain while changing your posture

so nothing to worry ,simple measures if you take you can get relief from it .
wear lumbar belt for few weeks so joint rest to vertebra will help

pronged sitting or standing ,frequent bending will aggravate the pain .so try to avoid it

take analgesics like hifenac mr tablet along with multivitamin for few day will give relief of pain .. ok .
